When I first got the ruckus it wouldn't even idle unless you were holding the start button. The guy i bought it from said its been sitting around for a while so I drained the gas tank and put in new gas and it Still had problems. Then checked the fuel pump and gas WAS getting to the carburetor so I took apart the carburetor and cleaned it and replaced a few parts and it idled roughly. Replaced the spark plug and now it idles perfect but when I give it gas the engine doesn't really seem to respond and the back tire doesn't move and instead of revving the engine sounds like its closer to dying down. I am looking to get the problem fixed ASAP and would love to hear your suggestions.
