2009 Chrys T&C van- when turned on it has a slight gurgle felt when my foot

on pedal & felt when i make a stop? When I first turn the car on I feel the gurgling it's very slight, but when I come to a stop I can sometimes feel the gurgling more almost as if the van wants to shut off, but it hasn't as of yet. It almost sounds like congestion in someones chest.
