Beautiful?

In August this year I purchased a 2009 malibu LT certified preowned from a chevy dealer.one owner..no known issues.the car drove like a dream. When it was running in park u couldnt even tell it was on. Now it seems like after the first time i got gas it started driving sluggish..no check engine light.nothing.i only get gas from two particular places. I got the right type of gas so its beyond me what couldve went wrong. Took it to chevy because its under many warranties...they couldnt figure it out because no light was on.they claimed they reprogrammed something but that really didnt work.i mainly notice it being sluggish while driving 20mph or slower.no body has touched this car ither than sears for brake check,tires and wheel alignment but i was experiencing the sluggish beforehand.i honestly do not think there was anything wrong with the car when i bought it i think its minor but i need to have some sort of idea as to what it MIGHT be. Also there is a little vibration in the steering wheel that wasnt present at first either. I feel like it needs a tune up but im not expert.i am also getting less gas mileage an it seems like with a full tank of gas i notice it being more sluggish/shifting funny sometimes i feel like a random PUSH forward while im driving .
