2009; a good year?

I think this year was alright... I haven't gotten many new albums at all and the new Green Day which I was looking forward to was a little disappointing, but some good stuff came out.
 
This year, instead of listening to only one type of music, or only one band, I'm discovering new genres and artists to listen to.

It's definitely been a good year for me music-wise, but I'm not sure about this year's artists.
