2008 KAWASAKI MOTORCYCLE PROBLEM.?

JUST TOOK MY BIKE OUT OF WINTER STORAGE AND IT SPUTTERS LIKE ITS RUNNING OUT OF GAS. I PUT STABILIZER IN IT FOR THE WINTER. IM NOT SURE WHAT IS WRONG IF SOMEONE COULD ENLIGHTEN ME THAT WOULD BE GREAT. ITS A BRAND NEW BIKE 2008. THE ONLY THING I COULD COME UP WITH IS CURBERATOR IS DIRTY. SPARK PLUGS NEED TO BE CHANGED. OR THE GAS I HAVE IS NO GOOD. THANKS FOR THE HELP.
 
Putting stabil in the tank during winter storage will keep the gas in the tank from going bad.
The engine has to be run to get the old gas out of the carbs and coat the jets with treated gas before storing the bike.
Otherwise the gas in the jets will clog up.
Clean the carbs - especially the pilot jets.
