well i dunno but ive onnly seen one movie in the pics this year so far and that was cloverfield which was great
but nothing else has really excitied me so far

my fav genres is horror and last year was pants for the genre in my opinion

The only film I have seen this year, is actually one from 2007 - The Golden Compass :D Sorry tell a lie, took the family to see National Treasure 2; which was enjoyable enough though not earth shattering.

Nothing else has grabbed me enough, to fork out the money to see it at the cinema. I personally don't enjoy the cinema any more, I think its the expense that puts me off the most.

i've only seen Rambo and Jumper. both were enjoyable for a time-pass entertainment. There doesn't look like there will be anything interesting in March or April but i look forward to watching The Forbidden Kingdom with Jackie chan and Jet Li as well The Dark Knight, Incredible Hulk and Iron Man.

As i've got an unlimited card i've seen quite a few films already this year and the best imo is No Country For Old Men, i know a lot of people on here didn't like it but i thought it was a very good film, closely followed by Walk Hard!

Have seen some really bad films this year...AVP-R and Vantage Point to name a couple. I would have to say surprisingly that Rambo is the best new film I've seen this year :)

I think its been a good start to this year in terms of films with films like No country for old men and cloverfield and hopefully it continues for films like Iron Man, Indy 4 and Dark Knight coming out. May is looking like an amazing month for films with Iron man,Indy 4 and Speed Racer all released that month!

I go to the cinema at least once a week (listing permitting) and I've seen some good films (No Country for Old Men, There Will Be Blood, the Bank Job etc etc) and some stinkers (Vantage Point etc etc) and some which haven't had much impact.

I don't think it's been any different from other years, you get the 'worthy' Oscar films at the start, the blockbusters later in the year, kiRAB films in summer, worthy early Oscar contenders in Autumn and then Christmas blockbusters and kiRAB films.

Predictable:yawn:
