I took my Honda Civic in due to a cranking noise which came from the front passenger side wheel. The repair was made - according to the dealer they substituted a part which was broken - but a few weeks later the same noise has returned. As I was going to call a different dealer to have it looked at once more I was told by someone that according to warranty, they cannot work on the same problem once more. Is this correct? I don't see how that would be the case since the car is still under warranty and with the same problem. Do I need to take it back to the same dealer which "fixed" the problem the first time? Or can I take it to a different dealer which I actually trust more so they can see what the problem is? Any advice would be of enormous help. Thanks a mill.
