I've had a 2008 Accord for three months now and have two noise issues:
1) The fan makes a soft, high-pitched clicking noise, as if the fan blades are hitting something, though I don't think they are. Lately, when I start the car in the morning, the sound is very loud for 30 seconds or so before it quiets down. Anybody else have this? Does it need some grease, or something?
2) There's a whirring noise that goes up in pitch as I rev the engine. I had another Accord that did this after I bought a rebuilt alternator and had it put in. I noticed it when I bought the vehicle but thought it might go away once the car wore in a bit, but it hasn't. Could this be an issue down the road?
