I bought a 2008 ford focus in august of 2008, and it currently has about 13500 miles on it. I have come to notice that is shakes or trembles when i come to a complete stop or when i am about to park it. at first i noticed it when i would turn the a/c on but then when i would shut it off... it would do the same thing. I had this problem before with a 2000 ford taurus that had over 190,000 miles on it... and that car started after many repairs to do the same. but I am shocked to find out something could be wrong with this car since it was BRAND NEW!!!! I didn't find any recalls that are related to this issue with this car... but i really would like to know what is wrong with it before i have to put money into fixing something that should not be there. the dealership tells me if its something that i caused then i would have to pay since my warranty will not cover it... but how should i know if i caused it.... PLEASE HELP!!!!

That is common with 4cyl engines. Check your oil and start uses a synthetic blend. Alot of 4cly economy cars have that issue. It is nothing to be worried about. There is a engine mount on the other side of the fire wall 6 inches away from your foot. So you will feel it in the sterring wheel and on the floor .
