2008 Ford Expedition Limited question?

I have a 2008 Ford Expedition limited with touch screen Navigation and I have the phone button on my screen and i pressed it but nothing happens so i went to help and it said i may not be available in my car, I was wondering if there was a disk i could buy or something in setting to change to make it so bluetooth will work with my phone? Thanks
