2008 Buick Enclave Extensive Rust Problem... What To Do?

Last June, almost exactly a year ago, my dad bought a Buick Enclave fully loaded with the exception of the DVD player and paid to get the leather seats protected and the car rust proofed etc. When we bought it, it was a few months old and they had to drive it in from about 200 km away. A few weeks ago I washed it and discovered tiny freckle sized specks of rust. They were all over the lower body panels and I was furious,... but then my dad went to get the car serviced today because my dad was getting concerned about the noise that the brakes were making so when he went to go pick it up the mechanic said that he's never seen a car so rusted under there like that. He thought we used it off road, but WE NEVER HAVE! We live in a city, and we don't use it for off road purposes, and you'd be surprised to know that the mileage on the car is only 10,000 km! The car cost $60,000 CAD,... what can we do? Is there anything at all? I know that once rust starts to form, the only way to get rid of it is to replace the panels, but you can't do that to the undercarriage of a car!
No flood, and its ussually parked in the garage unless my moms moes shpooing or to work. Winters here are weak althought this winter packed quite a bit and there were light patched on the car from the salt, but i washed them of as soon as i saw it,...

Unfortunately there's not much you can do about rust except replace the parts. It sucks. Do you live in a place where it snows and salt the roads. Salt will lead to major rusting problems growing up near the beach i had to was my car weekly. Likewise if you live somewhere it snows you need to wash it as much as possible even in the winter.

If you bought the car new, then it comes with a 10 year 100,000 mile anticorrosion warranty. So this should be covered under warranty as long as there is no body damage to the car.

Panels do not necessarily have to be replaced for rust repair issues. Rust is like cancer to a car. Early detection is the key. If it is detected early enough, it can be repaired rather easily without replacement panels.

As far as replacing components on the undercarriage, they can be replaced. Floorpans are replaced all the time.
