I'm a hipster? This is coming from the person whos posts are either "I knew about them months ago" or "*insert more obscure band* is better" or "*insert popular band* is *insert negative comment here*"

Oh shut the **** up. Defend this.
"Paper Planes"

[x2]
I fly like paper, get high like planes
If you catch me at the border I got visas in my name
If you come around here, I make 'em all day
I get one down in a second if you wait

[x2]
Sometimes I think sitting on trains
Every stop I get to I'm clocking that game
Everyone's a winner now we're making that fame
Bonafide hustler making my name

[x4]
All I wanna do is (BANG BANG BANG BANG!)
And (KKKAAAA CHING!)
And take your money

[x2]
Pirate skulls and bones
Sticks and stones and weed and bongs
Running when we hit 'em
Lethal poison through their system

[x2]
No one on the corner has swag like us
Hit me on my burner prepaid wireless
We pack and deliver like UPS trucks
Already going hell just pumping that gas

[x4]
All I wanna do is (BANG BANG BANG BANG!)
And (KKKAAAA CHING!)
And take your money

So, uh, no funny business

Some some some I some I murder
Some I some I let go
Some some some I some I murder
Some I some I let go

Yeah Black Sheep Boy is easily their best. I can upload it plus the appendix if you want. If you're looking for something new they're not the place to go but they're probably the best indie/alt-country whatever band in the past 10 years. I wouldn't pick the Stage Names as nuraber 1 (In Rainbows, The Magic Position, Person Pitch, or Night Falls Over Kortedala for me.) but I think it was a good album just because they don't do anything new doesn't mean they do it bad/

My thoughts when typing this up: Neon Bible and Sound of Silver weren't that good.

I also felt Andrew Bird, Elliott Smith and Patrick Wolf didn't get a fair mention though I was very happy (and slightly surprised) to see Okkervil River get a good amount of attention. I'm glad Iron and Wine and Jens got mentioned more than once too. No Black Moth Super Rainbow or Seabear though. :(
