2007 Toyota Rav 4 15,000 miles service question?

I have a limited edition 2007 Toyota rav 4. 4 wd It is due for 15K service. I am located in northern Virginia. I am planning to take it to the dealer for the service. The dealer has quoted
$300 for the service. The dealer has also recommended a cabinet filter change for $65 and wheel alignment for $109. My question is
1)Is the wheel alignment and cabinet change required after 15K
2)I find the price too steep. Please let me know if the price seems right to you.
3)What can I do to get a better deal for the service?
 
They are just trying to squeeze you for dollars. You don't need a wheel alignemnt unless you hit a curb. You don't need a cabin filter unless you have been driving it in an Iraq sand storm. Your dealer is a crook.
