I have a high pitched whine that is deafening when traveling at highway speeds on a concrete highway. Took the car back to the tire dealer and they heard it too. They replaced the tires with another brand but the issue is still there. My ears will be ringing by the time I get to work and I have had to resort to ear plugs till I find out what the deal is. Either that or get rid of the car. The tires are quiet on blacktop roads at any speed. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Well find a different way to get where you are going!
The problem is the amount of sound insulation in the car, the tires and the road.
You tried changing the tires (this gets expensive to experiment with), which leaves increasing the amount of sound isolation, trading off the car, or just taking a different route.
Installing material to deaden the sound is not cheap, the interior has to come apart. Labor intensive and after market work in this area is not cheap.
Replacing the car is not cheap either.
So that leaves finding a different road, and/or trying a different speed.
