2007 Mazda 6, What kind of transmission oil does it use and how much?

I have a 2007 Mazda 6, v-4 ,with 32,000 miles on it and I am planning to have my transmission change and transmission filter changed as well. I just need help on specifically what i need to have. Your help would be very generous.
 
hey unless your leaking or your haveing tranny problems dont change the transmission fluid its not recommeded once ppl change there fluid its never the same mayb you can change it past 100ooo miles if they told you they need to there trying to make money of you
