I have to say that I liked the 109 when I first saw it but wasn't totally crazy about it. Today I saw a silver one and it really changed my mind after seeing it up close. It really is a very nice bike. I like the red too but white doesn't seem to offer enough contrast to the chrome parts.

But anyway, really would need to get those bars back a bit to suit my riding position.
Too bad I haven't hit the lottery, so I can have both my Vol and an M109 for FUN!

I don't think it would look right without that headlight. It's grown on me.

Looks like it did indeed grow on the bike too! I think it breaks the bike's line.

I've said this before but hell, I'll say it again. People who despise the headlight on looks alone will quickly change their minds once they ride one at 100 mph....the nacelle deflects ALOT of wind...almost like a windshield minus the bug catching factor, lol.

I guess the m109's ok, but it still looks like a bike for people more concerned about how they look going down the road than anything else.
