Engine life expectancy 250,000+ miles with regular oil and filter changes.

Normal oil change intervals:
Short trips, Less than 10 miles typical drive per engine warm up - Change Oil every 3000 miles or 3 months.
Long trips, Over 10 miles average drive per engine warm up - Change Oil every 5000 miles or 3 months.
Continuous extended driving, 100+ miles per warm up -
Change Oil every 7000 miles or the maximum permitted oil change interval recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.

Transmission life is 300K with one complete rebuild at around 150K assuming that you have a full fluid flush performed at least once every 50k.

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X and I am just wondering how many miles it will get before it starts breaking down, of course I have nothing to worry about now (it only has 27,000 on it) but I am just curious. I love my Jeep and I would definitely want to keep it for the rest of my life, so when the transmission or engine go about how much is it to replace?

if you love it and take care of it any car you drive into the 400,000 range or more but as for any part might break hard to say is why car care is so important you can type into search box

how to do maintenance 2007 Jeep Wrangler
how to service 2007 Jeep Wrangler
how to take care of jeep

all will help you reach the most miles its all about the car care and just how much you do it
