2007 Hyundai Elantra, 2005 Nissan Altima, or 2006 Honda Civic?

I am looking for a used car around 10,000 dollars. Out of the ones I like, which one is the the best car for my money?
 
All are good picks but I would go with the Elantra because it newer.

It would be good to let us know the trim model of each car to get a better idea of the equipment they have.
 
The best for the money is undoubtedly the Civic. While all three are acceptable cars, the Civic has the best reliability, fuel economy, and resale value of them.
 
My first choice would be Nissan Altima, it is bigger than the other two and has more power, dependable, and good on gas.

Second choice would be Honda Civic. It is small and economical

I would not consider Elantra.
