I have a 2007 Honda Civic and anytime I hit a puddle of water when it has been raining the volts light comes on and it acts like it wants to stall. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? It only does it when it's raining and I hit a puddle of water. As long as I don't go through any water, it's fine.....
