2007 Dodge Ram Mega Cab MDS Fuel Economy?

Does anyone know about a programmer or a dealer ECM reflash that would allow the MDS to shut cylinders off at slow speeds and idle? GM does it in theirs so I figure it could be done.
Its a HEMI 5.7L
