Go with the honda. The dodge has extremely uncomfortable seats, and is incredibly unreliable. My buddy has a 2005 and has nothing but problems with it. Yes his is fast. If it starts. I like the looks of the srt-4 and the performance is outstanding, but long term the civic is the way to go. I would check with your insurance company too. I am sure the civic will be cheaper. I think both cars require premiun fuel, which is something else to think about with todays gas prices. Good luck.
