2006 Suzuki M50, 11k miles, for $5880...is that a good deal?

Planning on buying my first cruiser. Rather purchase a used one....there's only two i feel comfortable with. Suzuki M50 and Honda Shadow Spirit 750 C2 (Shaft Drive).
