2006 Pontiac Grand Prix Suspension Squeaking or Creaking Sound When Accelerator

is Pressed and While Breaking? I have a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix base model. It has 70,000 miles on it and has already had some small electrical problems, but nothing major. I have noticed that ever since I bought the car, last september, it has had a strange creaking/squeaking sound whenever I accelerate and also whenever I begin to decelerate. I have noticed this happens whenever my suspension in the front moves up slightly and whenever it moves down slightly from the accelerating and decelerating. It sounds almost like a rusty old spring. Another thing I noticed is that it seems to come from the front right area of the vehicle. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much!
