2006 PONTIAC G6 GTP QUESTION?

the battery in my 2006 Pontiac recently had to be replaced. Now the automatic window that goes down a few inches everytime you open the door, wont go back up as it's supposed to. Does anyone know how to program this? Pontiac want $100.00 to program it. this means everytime your battery is disconnected you have to have it reprogrammmed. What a scam
John, the window does go down but when I close the door it won't go back up...
 
Most of the time the system resets its self. start the car and roll the windows all the way up. then turn it off and open the door it should lower itself if it does not then there is something aside from programming wrong.
