What would you recommend is a better deal and which price is better for the model?
ZZR = ~7500 miles, stock, warranty until May 2009
CBR = mileage not specified, but includes various mods, 1 year left on warranty
I'm a new rider and this will be my first bike. I was thinking about a used 250 ninja at first, but I plan on doing freeway driving (I don't want to be screaming down the highways even if I'm on high gear). I'll be using this to commute to work (15 miles/day highway/city), maybe trips from Reno/Tahoe to the Bay Area, and for the sake of driving and cruising around town.
I don't know much about bikes, but I'm willing to learn. I'm my own mechanic when it comes to my cars. Bike reliability and comfort is a plus. What would you recommend for my situation? Details appreciated. Thank you!
both bikes have clean titles.
I'm tend to side with Honda vehicles, but I don't want to let my fanboy status affect my choice in making a better decision with my options.
