2006 Infiniti M35 or new 2008 Honda Accord?

the Infiniti M35 has 47000 miles and I can get it for 24000, cause the seat is a little worn and it has a smokey smell. But it's still an extremely nice car with a lot of power, still incredibly clean.

I can get a 2008 honda accord EX with everything I want for about 25000
