2006 Ford Fusion "Missing" while idling?

I just bought a '06 Ford Fusion, from a little buy here pay here place, a few days ago, and now it's starting to "miss" or jota little when idling. I am not sure why, if its a timing problem or a fuel pump/injector problem, but it's only a 4 r old car. I have an extended warranty on it, does anyone know what the problem could be?
 
You can have not enough transmission fluid...i know because when i looked for a car i had a mechanic with me and we came across the same problem. Go to a mechanic or to the dealership...if you have the warranty then you should be covered...if the problem continues then it probably means they sold you a messed up car.
