When was the van last inspected? I would have it checked out at the dealer. ONLY the dealer has the right software to turn the light off. I know that you probably fear the bill that the dealer will give you but if you can live with the light being on, then delay the visit. However, something could be serious. You can always ask them to look at it and give an "cost estimate only". Make it clear to them that you don't want them to fix the problem. Only give an estimate to locate the problem. If they insist that they need to do a bunch of work first, then look for another dodge dealer. Don't let them rob you, but you need to know if this problem will pose a danger to your family when you are riding your kids.
