once in a while when you go to start the car.the starter wont engage.the small wire that activates the solenoid on the starter does not get any juice/voltage.so one day the car just would not start.so i traced the wiring to a black box under the hood near the computer.i had someone try to start the car while i tapped on the box.well it started.so i took the cover off and saw there were a few relay's/solenoids in it.which can stick.but they all looked good.no corrosion at all.no burn mark.is there a defect is this part?to me,it just visually looks good.p.s. ive worked on cars Alot/know pretty much what im doing.just looking for some ideas, thanks.
