Hey, my family got a 2006 Cadillac CTS, and we're running into some trouble. We can unlock the doors manually and by using the remote on the key, but not with the switch on the driver's armrest. Same thing with the windows; there's no response when we hit the switch on the armrest either. What could the problem be? I was flipping through the manual, hoping it was just a theft deterrent thing, but I couldn't find anything.
We got the car used from a dealership, in good condition. Only one person owned it before us, and the Carfax said it was fine. Does anyone have an idea how this can be fixed?
EDIT: It does have a 30 day warranty on it.
