It sounds like you need to have your battery and alternator tested. If those two are fine, I would look at the starter.

I own a 2005 Toyota Tundra 4x4 V8 limited edition, recently i have been having trouble with it starting, sometimes i turn the key and it fires up instantly like it should, lately i turn the key, hear a click....15-30 seconds later it turns over. Battery terminals are clean, and voltage is fine...help????
