2005 toyota rav 4 1azfe engine?

am a bit confused with the timing marks on a toyota rav 4 ,the exhaust side cam has 3 marks (one notch and two dots one doe says I asuming its for intake and the other says E asuming its for exhaust .i donot want to make any mstake with the marks on the exhaust side
it is very confusing
 
You must be changing your timing belt because it broke. You should consult with either ALLDATA, at the library, or buy a Haynes or Robert Bentley manual for this car. Reading these books cover to cover will make you a car wizard!!! Good Luck!!
