2005 Honda Civic vs 2002 Subaru WRX?

Last summer, I bought a certified used Honda Civic 2005 with 45k miles on it for about 14k. I'm thinking about reselling the vehicle and instead buying a used manual 2002 WRX from a private party. I really want a stick car, and i think this may be a good investment. Is this a good idea? Subaru is reliable, and all i've read are good reviews about. Pros and cons would be helpful
 
please go for the subaru.... they are quality cars and you wont be a civic sheep that way. EVERYONE has a civic these days.. Subarus are also more fun to drive and look sicker.
