2005 Honda Civic Vibrating noise coming from the Shifter?

In my 2005 civic there is a very annoying vibrating noise coming from the shifter when Im in 5th gear above 60 mph. It goes away if i push the stick to the side and hold it there but othewise it sits there and makes a noise.
Does anybody know what is causing this and what i can do to fix it? Im about to go crazy trying to figure out what it is.

ps its a manual trans so thats a no-go on the torque converter
 
tourqe converter. take it to a shop its a pritty big job if you dont know what your doing. if its not that then theres somthing loose in your shifter
