2005 Honda Accord, automatic window problem?

I have a 2005 Honda Accord 2 Door V4. For the last 6 months or so my driver's side window sporadically works. The part I don't get is that switch on the driver's side to open the passenger window works, but the driver side switch for the driver's side window rarely works. When I press the button to open my driver's side window, I hear a click, (which I believe is just the sound of the button moving down) but nothing else. I recently brought it to a shop to have it repaired. The mechanic put in a new motor( I believe that's what he called it), and the window started to work, but that only lasted a month or so. When I brought it back again, he told me he didn't know how to fix it.

Any idea what the issue could be? Do I need to get a new switch? Is it an electrical problem?

Any advice or information about this type of problem will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If your window problem is only on one side, the cause is most likely a bad switch, bad wiring, or a bad window motor. The most common problem of these is the power window switch. If it was a blown fuse both windows wouldnt work, and same if it was a bad relay. So obviously since it wasnt the motor Im gonna assume the switch. That should solve your problems. =]
