2005 Dodge Stratus issue?

well it depends on if it got worse after you replace spark plugs. If so then you probably need to check the gap on the plugs, or maybe a coil is not properly seated in place. Make sure you do not run the car very long when the check engine light is flashing because that can cause catalyst damage.

I have a 2005 dodge stratus sedan 2.4L DOHC. It has 59K miles on it. I changed spark plugs because it started sputtering. Now when you turn the car on it sounds like a lawn mower, engine shakes really hard and lights in the car start dimming and check engine light starts blinking and after about 20 seconds it stays on. About 30 seconds later car shuts off. What could be the problem? Please help.
