One hour ago when my friend and I ran to the store, it was working fine. Now, as I was driving home, any time the tach tried to go past 2000 rpm, the car would stall momentarily and the tach would fall to about 1800. When I parked my car, I checked to make sure the belt hadn't slipped off and it looked fine to me, although it is dark outside and I might have missed something. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong?
