2005 Dodge Magnum Hemi question?

I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T. Its pretty fast and when I first got it it was pretty fast I was racing my friends Dodge Challenger R/T and was keeping up but I had my 24's on my car. It seems to have lost its step a bit, what can I do to restore my cars power. Tune-Up? Any takes on a Diablo Predator tuner for it?
 
first thing i would do his take off the 24s you don't want extra weight on your if u want to race. secondly that kind of weight all the time kills the engine. idk if its too late. but definitely check up on any services due eg. tune up, trans service,timing.
