2005 Chrysler 300C keyless entry Programming instructions??

Can anyone please help me with the programming instructions for a new keyless entry remote key? I have read many times that you should have 2 functioning keys to perform the "easiest" programming. Unfortunately I only have one functionong and one new. So is there another way I can do it myself without having to go to the dealer?
