2005 chrysler 300 headlights blink while driving?

stock headlights. no stereo system, alternator and battery tested good. The headlights almost look like strobe lights while driving only the headlights no other lights blink some times if I hit a bump on the road the blink stops but like two minutes later they start blinking again no one can tell me whats wrong not even the chrysler dealer
 
I can't believe the dealer can't help. Replace the headlight switch. If it is like mine it is on the opposite side as the turn signal switch. It is actually one piece that includes the turn signal switch. I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus and I heard it is common on Dodge (Chrysler is the same company as Dodge) for this to go out. Mine would flash the instruments lights like strobe.
