2005 Chevy Colorado Smoking on start-up no code?

You could have a weak valve guide ,that's letting oil get by the guide,you could also have a weak oil ring which would allow oil to get on the top of the piston, the only other thing i can thank of is if the head gasket is letting coolant get into the cylinder(pison).
 
Hey out there, I've got a 2005 Chevy colorado, that is fogging/smoking every couple of start ups. It's not pulling a code, but about every 3rd or 4th start it lets out a big cloud of smoke. It had a sensor code a while back, and was idling rough found out it was some how low on oil, but has been running fine ever since. Could it be pulling oil or coolant? Thanks
