2005 cadillac sts V8?

hey i have a 2005 Cadillac STS V8 and it doesn't ride too smooth i took to it the dealership and they changed one shock but its kinda loud going over bumps and it doesn't feel too smooth anyone know that it could be........oh yea and it shakes a little bit on the high way and my warranty is up it only has 43000 miles???
