2004 Toyota Corolla center console auxiliary boxes?

I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla. I am referring to the center console auxiliary boxes. The top auxiliary box is referred to as Type A. Problem: the plastic hinge to the cover / lid is broken. The lid is just dangling now. Question: where can I get a replacement lid short of replacing the whole center console?

I am afraid it is hard to find just the lid. Dealers only sell the whole center console.
