I have a 2004 toyota camry LE and earlier today I was driving with the cruise control on, then I was a really reasonable distance, I believe I had an 8-10 second gap between us, then when he braked, I started applying mine, but the car didn't stop, it just kept going, and I know the cruise control goes off as soon as you put on the brakes, then when I turned it off by hand, the brakes squealed as it was suddenly stopping, but I still hit the suv in front of me at about 15 kilometres per hour, but the air bag didn't deploy, my car has a hood, a grill, two headlights and a bumper, did anyone else have this problem and how much am I looking at to get it fixed? Nobody got hurt so it was not reported. I did not have my foot on the gas, I had cruise control
