2004 kawasaki ninja was laid down on a parking lot under 5 mph, small amount of fluid was leaked out while it was on the ground, I assume its engine oil. and now bike does not start unless I do the followings. I have to turn the idle speed up, then start it, and turn the idle speed back to normal, but once I get it going, the bike has no problem. Anyone has any suggestions on how to repair this problem? Any feedback are appreciated.
