2004 Kawasaki Ninja 636 HIDs?

I recently bought HID conversion kit for my 04 636, my dad and I installed them and put the lights back on the bike turned the key and it did not work! I gave it a couple minutes to let the warm up. They still didnt turn on. So we put the originals back in and they didnt work either. i tried a lot, from switching the bulbs the ballast the wiring everything. Does anybody have an idea of what could be happening!! Please HELP
