2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Special Edition, Seal Problems.....?

After washing my new 2004 Jeep a few times, I've noticed, after each wash, theres water in the seat and on the door. on the left side, I think that the seal maybe broken, Any help will be appreciated.
...Also, the warranty on this vehicle has expired...What would be the cheapest solution????
