2004 jeep cherokee question!!!?

i have a 2004 jeep cherokee question. Regarding CDs, I'm not sure if it can hold 5 or what but on the 1 button it says disc^ and on the 5 button it says disc (down symbol). does this mean that it can hold five cds? if so, how do i work it? PLEASE ANSWER FAST<3<3 THANKS!!
 
Seems like its a radio that if it had the cd changer option, it would do the cd switching. I mean pretty much have to have a separate cd changer.
