2004 Ford Taurus Appears to short out.?

When I turn the car off all the gages look and sound like they are shorting out. Sometimes when I start the car it will not start or even turn over. I have replaced the Battery (6) months ago, Alternator (3) months ago and starter (1) month ago. The problem went away after the alternator replacement but it has since surfaced again. Looking for suggestions other than junk the car.
 
I'll buy it!! You've got a great car and just because you have an electrical problem, that doesn't mean it's a junker. I'll bet your Ford dealer could have fixed the problem without replacing all those expensive items. The Ford dealer knows what goes wrong with their cars from having worked on many more Fords than an independent garage. You can look up the Ford service bulletin titles for your car below before you go into the dealer. Sometimes there's a secret warranty on problems like yours.
