My 2004 Ford Mustang with a V-6 engine has started to squeak and chirp very loudly. When it started is was only occasional and now has become a constant occurrence which becomes louder and more high-pitched when the clutch is depressed. I'm not sure if it's related but the gas mileage now has dropped to basically nonexistent. Any thoughts as to what this could be?
